Wow, Cherie, you will have to meet my daughter-in-law who is trying to get established with her cake decorating. I will show her your cakes tomorrow night when she is here for tea.
Finally got to view your blog, it is very impressive! Well done!

I’d be happy to meet your daughter-in-law, Sue.
I’ve also made quite a few children’s novelty cakes, but the photos are pre-digital and not clear enough to showcase here.
Gosh reminds me of the birthday creations years and years ago. My greatest success was a pirate ship, a rocket was a disaster when it decided to “take off” and worst of all was Rhonda’s christening cake when I left out the ‘H’. some school teacher!
But you have taken it all to another level. Well done!
I didn’t know YOU made my christening cake ha I thought you bought it from a bakery. Ha. Just gives MORE ammo to the story of how my name was a joke, and at my naming party my cake was misspelled.
I feel so loved. LOLZ!! haha
PS Great cakes Cherie!!! I’m a big cake connosieur -tasting wise anyways, if you find your way to a red velvet cake you’ve pretty much got me as putty in your hand!
Hi Cherie
Well I’ve finally sat down and looked through your site. Good interviews; and your cakes look great!
Congratulations.
Shirley
Cherie – that is soooo sweet!

Fabulous cakes. It’s a shame that they get eaten and can’t be kept forever. Have you thought about starting a business??
Hi Cherie,
What wonderful looking cakes! Enjoyed your web site.
Regards
Pat.
